You can sign up for your free account, setup your profile and be reachable for free. Any customer should be able to search, find your profile and contact you for free.

Send invoices directly to your customers through our platform. You can add your list of client directly to your provider dashboard and provide them with invoices when needed.

Do customers have to pay to use our platform?

No, Fixcari is free for customers looking for a contractor/freelancer.

What is the process for posting a job?

Submitting a project request is easy. The first step will be to create your free account. Once you set up your account, you can create and publish a job order on our platform. You can enter any budget amount you have or are willing to spend on that project. You will also be able to add pictures,if needed, helping you show us exactly what you are looking to do (basement kitchen, bathrooms, deck, flooring, etc.). Make sure to add as many details and pictures as possible to help contractors get a better picture of the scope of work.

What happens after I post a job?

Your job will be uploaded to our list of available works/projects so interested contractors/freelancers may find and bid on it. Once a contractor /freelancer is interested in your project, they will submit their bid, which you should receive instantly. You will be able to check their profile and get important information about their previous works, information about any licenses, certifications, insurance, and warranty they are currently offering. You will also have the option to contact each contractor/freelancer interested in your project and directly discuss with them, ask questions about price and availability, and even schedule appointments. From there, you will be able to decide which one to pick. When the project is completed, you can leave a review for the contractor you hired.

Do I pay my contractor/freelancer through your website?

No. Any arrangement or payment will be made between you and the contractor/freelancer you choose. Fixcari is a platform where you can find the bestcompany for your project. The contractor/freelancer will have the option to use our gold package, which allows them to create invoices and request payments through our website. All payments made, however, are sent straight to the contractor’s/bank/PayPal freelancer’s account.We never charge or collect money from you. If you choose to work with a contract/freelancer, the manner of payment will be agreed upon by you. Under no circumstances will Fixcari be accountable for any payments made on or off our website.

Can any contractors contact me if I did not post anything?

No. Contractors/Freelancers can only contact you through your posting. They cannot access your personal information (phone number, email address, or physical address) until you give it out. A contractor can only send you private messages if you contact them first. So you will never receive unwanted messages or spam in your email.

Do I have to post a job before contacting a contractor/freelancer?

No. You can find any contractors/freelancers registered on our platform. You can access their profile and send them a quote request if you are interested in their services.

Is your platform safe?

Yes, Fixcari is safe to use. Your information is never shared. We aim to create a safe environment for you to find the right company/person to complete your project.

Contractors

Is it free to create an account?

Yes, creating an account is free for any contractor/freelancer. You can register, create your company profile and add any information regarding previous works, licenses and certificates, insurance, and warranties information. It is crucialto complete your profile and add as much information as possible. In this way, customers can find your profile information and contact you for free. Also, ensure that you select any category corresponding to your line of work.

How do I bid on jobs?

Only Silver and Gold contractors can bid on any listed jobs. Upon bidding on a job, the customer will receive a notification with your proposal. If the customer is interested, they will initiate the conversation. The job will have a budget of what the customer is willing to spend. You will always have the option to make an offer and explain your proposal.

Can I send invoices or quotes to my customers?

Yes. Based on your membership, you can create and send customer invoices or quotes. You can also link your PayPal or Stripe account, allowing customers to pay you directly.

What is your Team Members’ option?

Team members allow you to add your employees to your account and assign them work directly from your profile.
